This is heritage! hehe. Well, I may say that because this risol has been staying alive for almost 20 years. The Rumambi's sisters taste it periodically and always spare a time to buy risol when we're back to Bogor. We experience it when its price 25 cents until now 6 hundreds Rupiah. Hell yeah, I adore the sauce. No one can ever make that sauce except the Risol Family Realm, I mean the sellers for the simple explanation. Hehe. Actually they provide risol, tempe and tahu goreng, but we adore the risol which never dies.
I have my own ritual when I eat it. I have to sink the risol into the sauce with a splash like the picture below. hehe. Let's try my food heritage, folks.
